No NPC BS in single game？

Why no li_p_grp and li_n_grp ships around Manhattan when I play a single game？As Internet games they come out...:(

they're there. I see them quite rarely though. and never within trade-lanes. I saw one so far, but I spend most of my SP time in the omicrons and Gallia so I wouldn't really know. how long have you been playing?
