Good day,

today just some minutes ago a Liberty gunboat called Iron Hammer came into the orbit of Manhattan and suddenly began to shoot randomly around.

Then the captain opened fire on the [TAZ]Shiny.Puppy. The gunboat weapons cut through the hull and the ship exploded. The captain of the Hammer told he was firing by mistake but I cannot accept this because he was just shooting around.

I am writing this in the hope you will deal with that incompetent captain. The pilot of the Puppy is a friend of me and I guess because she made it to eject she can tell you herself what the Hammer did. There are several other witnesses.

After careful review of this incident I still can't identify captain of "Iron Hammer" vessel but indeed he committed armed crime, before I start operation on this incident I could use statement from "[TAZ]Shiny Puppy". During that time I'll contact Liberty Police and Navy since incident occurred in front of Manhattan, I will look forward in to identification captain of "Iron Hammer" vessel. Be patient, this operation can take a while.

Greetings Director Brown,

and thanks for spending time on this case. I will make sure I will upload the possible identity of the captain if I should have another encounter with him. I will immediately inform you if I know something more about it.

Oh...and another thing. I am not sure if he would like to talk but a guy named John has seen this incident too...he was even directly infront of the Puppy as it was destroyed. The man is flying a Spatial and likes to fly around in New York.
