Good evening ladies and gentlemen of Freeport Four. There is an extremely serious and troubling issue which needs to be resolved swiftly. I trust you would agree the following situation is extremely concening for both Liberty and the IMG.
Liberty cannot allow a supposedly neutral group to directly support our enemies right on our border. You will find that Liberty does not dock ships on IMG bases within or on the borders of Rheinland, and only very occasionally do we use the Freeport in Magellan for any purpose. We respect your neutrality, Rheinland apparently does not.
These shots were captured by a mercenary under the employment of the Libertonian government. The hostile combatant in question, BDM|U-101, attempted to flee into the safety of the no-fire-zone established by the Treaty of Curacao. The mercenary chose of his own volition to continue the chase.
The Rheinland gunboat in question clearly has put your neutrality into question, by way of using your station in such a manner.
My concern is that the BDM (Rheinland intelligence and cargo raiders) are habitually using Freeport Four as a staging post for attacks on Libertonian shipping in the borderworlds and California. Supporting this by allowing them to dock on Freeport Four, or allowing them to flee to the safety of it's no-fire-zone is a very clear breach of the neutrality between our parties with regards to the war between Liberty and Rheinland.
We require you uphold your neutral position in this conflict.
If you choose not to, there will be consequences for the IMG as a whole.

Good day to you, Admiral.
I've looked over the images you've supplied, and I agree, this is troubling. I had hoped the house wars would remain confined to their respective hotzones, though it seems that is too much to hope for.
I will look into the matter and request from the BDM leadership the withdrawal of their assets from Freeport 4. I would prefer if this could be solved diplomatically, of course, however if this is not successful, I will petition to the Guildmasters for revocation of docking access of the BDM on this station.
As a final note, your threats are both unnecessary and unappreciated.

We appreciate your co-operation in this matter. The threat, as you put it was not designed as such. More a simple statement of fact.
Past history has shown that when dealing with such matters, most groups require reminding of the fact their actions and inaction has an impact upon the way they are viewed by others with whom they share borders. No offense was intended by it, however with the comparative frequency of situations of a similar nature involving neutral parties, we have learned a valuable lesson about being clear and direct with the wording of such missives.
