Mister Jack,

The Colonial Republic will offer you a contract covering the Tau systems and the Coronado system.
You will be paid for the targets belonging to the following groups:
1. Outcasts
2. Gallic Royal units
3. Slavers
4. Smugglers transporting Cargo labeled illegal by Colonial Law

The payment is as follows:

1. Outcasts:

1 Million Credits per Fighter or Bomber, 1.5 Millions if the target bears these tags: [XTF]; [101st]
2 Million Credits per Gunboat, 2.5 Millions per Gunboat if it bears the aforementioned tag.
3 Million Credits per Destroyer, 3.5 Millions per Destroyer if it bears the aforementioned tag.
4 Million Credits per Battleship, 5 Millions per Battleship bearing the aforementioned tag.


2. Gallic Royal units

1 Million Credits per Fighter or Bomber, 1.5 Millions if the target bears the GRN| tag.
2 Million Credits per Gunboat, 2.5 Millions per Gunboat if it bears the aforementioned tag.
3 Million Credits per Destroyer, 3.5 Millions per Destroyer if it bears the aforementioned tag.
4 Million Credits per Battleship, 5 Millions per Battleship bearing the aforementioned tag.


3. Slavers

2 Million Credits per Transport.
1 Million Credits bonus if you manage to deliver all of the slaves to Minato Harbour.


4. Smugglers transporting Cargo labeled illegal by Colonial Law

2 Million Credits per Transport, a proof of the cargos destruction is required.


I think I do not have to mention that we at least require proofs of the vessels Identification and Destruction in every case.

Are those terms and payments agreeable?

Si, si. In essence they are agreeable. there is 2 things I would like to point out though.

1: I wish to re-negotiate bounty fees in due time. For now we can set up a contract under these terms. But in the future I'd like to see them re-negatiated after our 2 parties have come to trust one another.

2: Minato harbour. I am told Minato harbour lies well within Colonial space. My hombres may get shot at if they enter there, si? So let's settle on deliver the slaves to Java instead. I take it your amigos can take them the rest of the way from there?

Secondly, I will need clear instruction with regards to chasing a target. What if the target is engaged in general space but enters IMG or Colonial guard systems?

Mister Jack,

This is Commander Terrence Westridge, commanding officer of the Colonial Flaghip Rubicon and second in command of the Colonial fleet, here on behalf of Miss Ligeia as she is currently indisposed. I'll keep it short.

Your first request, of course, the fee will probably be changed later on, you can expect us to pay people we trust even more. And yes you may take the freed slaves to Java, the administration takes care of most of that business anyway. As for your last question, I don't know about the guild, you'd have to ask them but for the Colonial part, you are authorized to pursue and destroy any target that enters Tau 44. You also of course have clearance to use Minato Harbor as a refuel and repairing station while your contract lasts.

But let me make it clear, you are only cleared to dock on Minato Harbor and Minato Harbor only, all other bases in system are restricted and are not to even be approached unless given permission by a commanding officer in the field at that time.
