Bretonia Police signature

K so basicly I would like to have my sig for comm channels and things something like this:

And I mean the idea - Police logo, photo, name - without rank so I can use it even if I will be promoted
I am using this chick as my current character photo:
Miranda Kerr Photo
So basicly I want any nice picture with her - the one I posted above is the one I am using currently so it would be best to use that one + BPA logo + name( something like: Bretonia Police Authority Miranda Bailey ) there can be a hussar or paladin in background or something Bretonia related - I think you know best:)I like this for example Example although it's just a pic and i want it with logo name and things:)

Price is for negotiation - give me some examples and I will pick something.

EDIT: btw - my character name is Miranda Bailey
EDIT2: I have one person ready to help my hurry up cause all of my money will go to first idea I will like.

yeah I am about something like this few thing I don't like about it:
1. The photo mixing with the name... I don't like how it looks...maybe it's because the kate photo that doesn't suits me I don't know same goes with same goes with Bretonia Police Authority mixing with the background - you know how the colors kinda "penetrate" each other ( that sounds dirty xD ) so I basicly don't exacly like the idea. Overall it's exacly what I am looking for - nice background - Bretonia Police Authority - Name of pilot - picture of pilot - the ship can be Paladin aswell - it's even better. As for now it needs some fixing AND you are currently my 2nd guy for sig so the battle is on.

EDIT: Also you have really big competition cause the other sig maker just made something I love - with my choosen pic...moving elements and god damn a lot of stuff...so yeah I am about to close this. I will give this topic not more then few hours. When the guy who did the said sig will talk with me I will probably end this - feel free to post till then.

Right, I thought I will have more time for edits, but turns out I won't, and considering competition is most likely schlurbi, I would have to invest a lot of time to rehaul entire sig, which I don't have, so gonna post just this edited version in limited time and hope for the best:D
Nah, I know I can't win with this one, doesn't matter though, practice always comes handy. :)

actually it is good - and I might actually find it useful aswell so please make the bretonia police text not penetrate ( I like this word ) with background and we can possibly discuss the price... my proposal is 30 mln?
