"Good afternoon from Liberty comrades, I apologize if this is a bad time for you but the Front needs your 'know-how'.
For the last two or so years we have been co-inhabiting the Unioner Base of Pacifica in Bering, however we feel that we will soon need to move out for the security of our Unioner allies, thus I come to you.
The Liberty Revolutionary Front would like to request the Rot Front's aid in the eventual construction of a small depot at a location which I will not utter in this channel for fear of possible hackers, this Depot will hopefully be the foundation point of a new and more Socially driven Liberty in the future.
We will likely use it to house H-Fuel and parts to maintain our vessels, we will require technical advisors who can guide us along the path to constructing such a depot. However due to the danger of such a project this must be kept 'on the low' to prevent Corporate spies from uncovering the location of the base, one of our engineers says while necessary this would slow the construction by at least a year, two at the most.
I await your input and hope it brings good tidings.
PS: Happy Holidays."

Political institutions are a superstructure resting on an economic foundation.
[color=#000000]Kameraden of the Liberty Revolutionary Front, there is no right or wrong, bad or good time for such requests. Roter Frontkämpferbund understands your intentions and your interest in keeping that kind of ongoing events considerably not public. Yet we admit that the construction in the open space requires the planning, the preparations, requires the maintenance of supply lines during the whole period of work and some exceptional level of security.
There is plenty of things to ponder over while considering a request like that, so the engineers of the Konstruktion Büro der Rot Front would be glad to speak to you directly during your visit to Rheinland.
"The Front agrees that it'd be wise to speak directly, as such I will be visiting Rheinland proper in a day in the Dresden System, Vogtland Station I hear has secure rooms that would be suitable for us to discuss these matters with the Konstruktion Büro to determine the course of action this path must take.
I hope to speak with you soon.
Happy Holidays."

"This is Peter Tannor, I have finally arrived in Dresden, I was side-tracked along the way due to a massive Military assault on Omega-11 and 7 which I aided in, my ship was damaged so it took longer for me to get to Vogtland.
I will be waiting in Conference Room C"
