I only realised yesterday that there was a flood forum and a general forum etc. it's all still very overwhelming for me so I thought why not post something with tips for us noobies who are still drowning in the noobness of our noobiness...

How do you see your last posts or threads you've posted in? is there a history feature?

What is the best page to add to your favorites?

is there a clever way to search the forums for topics that might help you?

etc.

any cool tips for keeping up with the community would be welcome here.

Well, make your bookmark link you too your inbox instead of the portal page, that way, the first posts you see are right after you hit 'View New Posts.'

Click "My Assistant" in the top right corner of the forum page (left to "Messages"). Very useful indeed.

I hotkey all the pages in the forum by placing a numerical before the page name when I set them as favorites, e.g.) 2Disco
