So, I've been away for a while as life suddenly got hectic really quick. I managed to take a quick look at the forums now and again, but I haven't kept up with in game events.
I'd like to come back and continue on with a couple of my old characters (I kept my account up to date too). But short of reading through every thread in the Communication forum back until the end of the Rheinland-Bretonnia war over the Bowex Incident, any suggestions on how to get up to speed on general events?
More specifically, I found a few obscure references to the QCP being banished, but nothing that laid out exactly what happened. Any pointers?
I love Disco and am ready to come back and maybe get more involved than last time around. One suggestion from my previous time here is the RP stuff really needs a cliff notes page so players can stay at least loosely informed about major events without having to comb every thread in the forums (I hate being ignorant and spent more time keeping up than playing last time). Not sure what the best way to do this would be, but maybe a subsection of the forums, split into the major houses with bulleted lists of major political events?
That last bit just came to me, if anyone thinks it's a reasonable suggestion I'll open a thread in the appropriate place.

Regarding your question about the QCP. They have indeed been banned from Bretonian house space, to cut a long story short, this entire move is actually merely a camouflage of the BAF. If you get caught by BAF in Bretonia they will threaten you to arrest you, however, you will always manage to escape magically as QCP... Well, uh, anyway, I hope I got that right... whatever. If you feel like rejoining with yar old character feel free to PM me about it and I can direct you to the according people who will be able to update you with news.
