The Artifact trade seems to be a full success for everyone involved. We have shipped a total amount of nearly 12.000 Artifacts until now, while the same amount of food and ship building goods arrived a your bases. Quite a large number, isnt it? I hope that you have a good use for the money and things you earned with this.
But that is not the reason for this transmission, I recently had a great idea, we both have a common enemy in the Omega systems, the oh-so-glorious Coalition.
I hope you still remember how we helped you to kill one of their ambassadors, how we helped you to transport one of their higher ranking officers to your home and all the other occasions when we assisted you against these revolutionary liars.
I would like to move this cooperation to a new level, what would you say about free access to our bases in Rheinland, while we get the same on yours in the Omega systems?
I can imagine that we would be able to initiate far more effective strikes against the Coalition or the occasional Rheinland law enforcers.
We should also be able to make quite a lot of profit for all of us with this step.

Both Cadiz and Leon, bases under out command, always had their gates open for you, Senora Koenig, and they will stay open as long as the Empire benefits from your presence in the area. Casablanca's situation is a bit delicate right now and you will have an answer about it in the following weeks.
