Being you I would hide in a corner and never say a word... with your behavior the last few days.....

My behavior? You wish to cast dispersions upon my conduct and person. If so, please enlighten me on how my actions even remotely call for such a statement.
1. Virtually parking in NY... if you get killed you come exactly after 4 hours... and again... and again...you know how that is called: PVP-*******, I never heard you say anything in system either.. apart from "pay 1 mil" I don't see any RP reason for you being there since I never see any "colonial" there.
2. Using a bugged ship after being repeatedly told and shown how it's bugged... yes it has BD hitbox in a model that is three times its size...it also has much faster turning speed than a BD.

It seems you have a personal dislike for me, pity. For I neither know you, nor dislike you. However, to answer your accusations;
1. true, 4 hours are required or victors leave system. Hence my return. Your lack of auditory verification of my RP is of little concern to me. In relation to my "creators" presence within Liberty granting me permission is infantile. Our motivations are clear if you follow our thread. Overall, I range throughout Sirius, however, Liberty holds a personal place within my heart.
2. This question is up for debate, and I have succeded in many other vessels so take your subtle insult and...
I leave it to everyone to decide on what they think and move out...last words
1. Sorry but "eliminate all humans" and start that in NY doesn't impress me.
2. Actually you have not... even in the bugged ship you seem to be having big problems.
(Side note: When I hit you with mini-razor on hull it took you some 4 more passes do use your nanobots... kind of shows how used you are to get hit, uh.. and don't say it's because you dodge so well... pilots like that don't eat supernova daily)

My last post as well. Your ignorance is showing my friend in relation to our motivations. Please read our thread. You're sub-life inferior and only good as grist for our mill. In addition, as a lesson, we have several accords with Liberty opposition, hence our presence. Also, making personal dispersions shows a lack.
OsoRojo, Mjolnir, methinks this is something that should be taken to the PMs.
As for the original problem, is it possible to get death messages back while keeping the server player limit high? I know it's not possible right now (or we'd be using it), but what about in the near future?
I vwas told of another possible unlawful PvP killing -
They jumped from Tau 31 into Leeds system docked with border station to undergo much needed repairs, took off and headed for Leeds planet
Came out the Trade-lane notice a player Gunboat scanned the ID tag Bretonian Police, so she slowed allowing the other player to scan her ship, as she was carrying or doing nothing unlawful, and thinking a quick scan would have verified the situation, she began to after burn towards Leeds docking ring, next thing she knew as she went to hit the F3 key there was Boom and moments later she :angry:was sucking the Vacuum of space. She did re-enter the system [re-spawnimg at the border post] careful re-approached the Bretonian Police Gunboat and asked them to explain their actions.
The reply was You did stop when asked any way you tried to jump off.
Not wanting this player another excuse to just blow her away and waste more credits, she stopped and waited until she was allowed to leave.
A while later because of the craft she was flying Kusari fighter she told to leave Bretonian space. I always understood PvP interaction was based on the ID- Tags carried, not by the ship type, or Freelancer own friend or foe indicator.
I asked her if she had any screen prints, but as she said it happen rather too quickly.
If you had justification for wanting aplayer to stop then surely you should at least have to indicate the craft by name - not jusy type 'STOP' on a over filled system channel.
What happens in these situations if an unlawful player killing is proven?

Staff roles:
1. If you have any ID other than a civilian one, then you may be attacked for RP reasons even if you are at rank 1 in a starflier. I don't like it, I argued vehemently against it, but that is now the rules.
2. If you do have a non-civilian ID in a small ship, then you are running the risk of meeting players who are used to firing repeatedly on large ships before killing them. My transport requires several minutes of fire from a typical Heavy Fighter in order to destroy it. The cheap vanilla freighters can be killed in 2 or 3 seconds by those same Heavy Fighters, which can be quite a surprise to players in HFs who didn't scan carefully before engaging. This is especially tricky because the upgraded versions of some freighters and transports (Like the Behemoth and Humpback) look exactly like the weaker vanilla versions. I myself accidentally blew up a Humpback once because I thought it was a Behemoth. 2 seconds of firing and poof.
3. Get at least a universal MK8 armor upgrade on your transport ASAP. It really does make a difference to have 2.5 times the armor.
4. The four hour rule does not apply to commercial/Trader IDs that are on Freighters and Transports. I don't think that exception is explicitly in the rules, but I think it is generally understood to only apply to combat oriented IDs and ships in order to discourage revenge seeking PvP. Traders are excluded.
Solutions :
1. Stay away from hostiles. They show up on your scanners from 14k away. Use the info.
2. Call out "I surrender" as soon as you are in weapons range of a ship that can destroy you in 2 seconds and that you can't escape from.
3. Use a civilian ID until you are over level 40 and are forced by the rules to change to another one. (Ah look at that, our rules actually DISCOURAGE role-playing now).
