Do i need to change anything with my Disco Launchpad or will it remember everything? (acc/pw stuff)

It -should- remember your accounts as it's separated from the Discovery itself. Not sure though, FAM user here.

Launchpad is a standalone, it doesn't interfere in any way with FL except giving it suffixes/

You will just need to change the Freelancer Directory that Discovery 4.86 will be located in.
