Curious about this group or whatever they are. Are they pirates or what?

And second question is more general. What about situation when server falls down (or at least connection crashed message appear) and i am currently being pirated? is that a reason for sanctions?

The server crashes are just caused by bugs in the mod. Don't worry, you're not being punished for anything.
