Navy High Command,
As you are well aware already, the house of Gallia has begun significant spacecraft movements within the Tau Sector and recently I, General Winters have received reports of a Royal Navy battleship reaching the system of Dublin. Its orders are still unknown but if the Royal Navy is sending ships of that caliber deep within Bretonia and only just being stopped in their front garden, it is clear Bretonia needs support.
The remaining Kusari Naval Forces that did not make the retreat have already been trapped within the system of Leeds. Their unwillingness to negotiate one hundred percent do not swing well for the benefit of our closest ally, Bretonia.
I am therefore requesting the permission of High Command for Task Force Sierra of the Air Force to deploy the Carrier Hornet in friendly and secure Bretonian space to act as a frontier for Navy & Air Force operations in Bretonia & the Taus.
I have had a private conversation with Sir Jack Fraser and after I asked him if he felt Bretonia needed support, he was open to the idea but expressed the need for the obvious required of getting High Command permission.
- General Daniel Winters, Liberty Air Force, Space Command

Good evening General.
First of all General, this appears to be the first time we've communicated in any official manner, so it's a pleasure to make your aquintance.
Bretonia's situation is one which concerns us in many ways. Instinct tells me that we well be embroiled in the Gallic war whether we like it or not, and in my opinion, the sooner the better. Bretonia's situation is dire, without a doubt, and morally speaking that is concerning enough. However I'm greatly concerned by the results should Bretonia fall.
As I understand, the Kusarian remnants left within Bretonia are already willing to fight alongside the Bretonian Armed Forces, and a state of peace exists between the Kusarian remnants and the Kingdom of Bretonia. This does not imply an unwillingness to negotiate, but that the negotiations have already occured.
Jumping into this conflict at present would be ill advised, as currently we have little idea as to what we're facing, aside from incomplete reports from LSF agents operating within the Gallic border systems over the last year or so (along with a few reports from organisations such as The Council). The LSF did not have the opportunity to insert people into the Gallic core systems to determine their full military strength. Now we have that opportunity.
We will not be moving forces to assist the Bretonians until we have a far greater understanding of the enemy we are facing. Our analysts are working around the clock on data being fed to us from LSF agents we who are currently in the field. When we have completed that analysis, a plan of action will be put in place.
I will be contacting the Bretonian government and intelligence services to emphasise the importance of joint intelligence operations and information sharing between our two military establishments, with a view to a possible Libertonian intervention in the future.
Details will be forwarded to you as they arise, and yourself and your organisation will be kept in mind.
- Fleet Admiral David Hale, Liberty Navy high command.
