[font=Fixedsys]Greetings to the Council High Command. I am Adam Patterson, Lord Privateer of Queen Carina's Privateers, a wing of patriotic Bretonians doing what we must to help the war effort. Until this time we have been launching sorties into Kusari, disrupting trade and military build-up operations behind the lines.
But now things have changed.
Diplomatic relations with any potential allies against a common enemy are very important to us. Neither of us know much about each other - the first time I met a Council pilot, Commandant Simard in Tau-23, was only a few days ago. I do not know how much you know about us, but I am sure there is more you can learn.
Would diplomacy between Her Majesty's Privateers and the Council interest you?

[19:25:12] Johnny (Jam): Tomtom, I will beat you with a spoon.
[14:22:56] Prarabdh Thakur: KILL HIM WITH A SHEEP.
[17:40:48] Eagle (Junes): Tom should be slapped with a spoon.
[11:32:18] Warspite: Thank you for being so awesome Tom. <3
[18:17:36] Metano: I love you tomtom
[20:06:24] Warspite: I will seriously give you epic head.

These are indeed hard times we are living in and to make the life easier and safe for each individual we have to do something against the threat, that is knocking on Bretonia's door.
I would have contacted you earlier but I was way too busy with the evacuation of the Languedoc system. Also to ensure the security of the evacuation through the pirate infested systems, Tau-23 and Tau-29. Now that this is done we can finally concentrate on new things, such as offering Bretonia our assistance against the Gallic Royal Navy.
Our blockade has failed but the war is not over yet. We will offer our help everywhere where we can in order to push the Royalist threat back where it belongs to. We will not rest until the threat is gone and the King of Gallia has fallen.
To keep it short. Oui, we are indeed interested in diplomacy. We are also eager to learn more about Bretonia in total and the Privateers. I think a meeting would be the best to learn more from each other and to discuss certain things. It's up to you whether you want to meet us personally or to discuss the things here.
I'm pleased to hear of your interest to engage in diplomatic endeavours with us. A personal meeting between you and I would definitely be more preferable than this cumbersome comm channel for me.
You may decide the meeting place. I am ready to meet as soon as you are.

We have discussed the time and the place of the meeting and came to the result that our new system, Roussillon, is the best place to hold such a meeting. I am of course aware that you have never been there, neither are you aware of where it is. So we have decided to meet at Lancaster Trade Center in Newcastle at 19:00 SMT.
Once we are at Lancaster Trade Center and when everything and everyone is ready we will start our trip to Roussillon, where we will start the meeting officially.
I can assure you that Roussillon is a nice and quiet system. I doubt that anything will come in our way that could disturb our meeting, not to mention that we also have escorts in the area in case if there is a threat.
You are allowed to take a few of your men with you to guarantee your own security. I do not mind it at all.
Everything else will be discussed personally at the meeting.
[color=#FF6600]Seem's tha' bugger Lord Privateer cannae stay a decent course. Tha halfwits gone and left oor merry band afore tha' ship could fully set sail.
So guess what? Tha' lads have thrown me tae deal wi' ye.
I need tae know what was discussed lad. And I need tae know if we're readin' tha' same lines eh?
It surprised me that Lord Patterson didn't inform you and your men about the meeting and the results of the meeting. Anyway, on the meeting in Roussillon, our new system in Sirius, we have talked about an backdoor into and out of Gallia which leads you directly into the core systems of Gallia. We haven't discussed this topic any further, so if you require additional information, such as the location of the said backdoor, then do not hesitate to request them.
Lord Patterson also requested from us to use our facilities for your operations inside the core systems of Gallia, which I have agreed to, as long as you and your men comply with certain rules.
First of all, I do not wish any Royalists to get close to our facilities. It is therefore prohibited to use our facilities when you are being followed or engaged, exceptions apply for the system Champagne, which you can use as cover and to refill your units with the needed equipment that you need for the operations. Champagne is not a place that has to be kept a secret, unlike the facilities in the other core systems in Gallia. These should be kept secret from the Gallic Royal Navy.
As soon as you start the operations within Gallia we will show you the locations of our facilities. If you find yourself in a difficult situation with the Gallic Royal Navy and you cannot find a way out of the situation, you may, of course, contact us so that our forces can assist you right at the place of an event. Council personal have been informed about your presence and to assist the QCP, if requested.

General Mazuret,
First, let me introduce myself. I am Gareth Silves, pilot in Her Majesty's Most Diligent Interdiction Wing, or the Queen's Privateers. I apologize for the break off in communications, but the Wing has gone through a bloody mess of late and Captain Campell has gone dark.
I do not lead lead the Wing, but for now I'm handling our communications. Anything discussed will be forwarded to the rest of the privateers and we'll decide what actions to take.
In regards to what was discussed, I've made sure your rules of conduct were forwarded to all our pilots. Bases inside Gallia should greatly help with our operations.
As for the backdoor to Gallia, I'm afraid we aren't sure of its location. For now, we still have to run that bloody gauntlet in Orkney to get into the Gallic core. Any alternative route you can provide would be much appreciated.
I have one final question for now, General. Some of our operations focus on the Taus and hitting the Royalists in the rear or their supply lines running close to the front lines. Not having to breach the front to get back to Bretonia proper to take on ammunition and supplies would be helpful. Do you have any facilities close to the Tau's that might serve to help with this?
All the best General,
Gareth Silves
Her Majesty's Most Diligent Interdiction Wing
Gareth mutters under his breath, giving the Templar a once over, then a not-too affectionate kick.
"Bloody modern engineering whatnot." Walking over to his Paladin docked not far away, Gareth accesses the console and resends the original message to General Mauzuret.
There's Roussillon close to the Tau's, that would be perfect for your operations. Which was also the place where the meeting took place. However, in order to use the system as hideout and resupply place you will have to comply with the same rules as mentioned earlier for the other facilities of the Council. You may not use Roussillon when you are being followed and/or engaged. Do not reveal its existence to anyone.
About the backdoor into Gallia. We will prepare some sort of a package on Roussillon, that includes the location of the backdoor and the facilities of the Council inside the Gallic Core worlds. You can pick them up whenever you reach Roussillon, either yourself or one of your members.
If there are more things you should require, let me know.
