Well sir Mr Halk. I am an independent Junker. I go by Black Iron. As of late i have encountered 7 transports in Rico from Freelancer/interspace/bowex/miner/Kruger, and "spits" Kishiro. Now i myself do not like seeing all this traffic through junker space. As such i have asked many to leave. So my question to you is: Do you want all these non junker vessals in Rico? They are mining scrap, but as such are taking work from us junkers. Let me know your decision on this matter.

First off, there is no one in out organization named 'Halk'. I think we've covered that one before. Second, do you like to make money? Most Junkers love to make money. The people that are coming into Puerto Rico are doing business with us and helping to keep the Congress ships flying. Puerto Rico is not just Junker space, it is owned by the Congress. Most of the ships you see in there are there with our permission so please stop harassing them and go about your business. If you see something inappropriate in Puerto Rico, please let the Congress know and we will deal with it.
I will abide by congress decisions. All except for that Kishiro ship, and any other Kusari vessals i see. As always i will fire on them when spotted.
As a side note i spotted 4 HF ships traveling through Rico other day. I do hope Congress has plans to keep ships claiming to be at war with all junkers at bay. They are firing on our ships without a word on site. This is costing alot of money.
