I do not know the bretonian customs so well, so please excuse me.
I request permission to travel arround bretonian space, in order to avoid Asteroids, and get stuck.
I know this sounds like a silly reason, but considering the size of my ship ,it would mean the difference between life and death.
I mean no harm to bretonian people, i come in terms of peace, i will not get involved with bretonian affairs , will help only if i am needed.

While in bretonian space i swear to respect it's laws.
