Kruger|SvK-69 has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:
Quote:6.9 The individual ID cards may have restrictions and/or allowance that are not covered by these rules. In the event of conflict, the ID's override the rules.
)6.10 Player reputation and conduct must match player actions. For instance a player may not dock on a base belonging to the persons whom they are attacking or being attacked by.
Consequences: Fined all credits and guns and stuff. Can't pirate in that.
Pirating? I see, so stopping a GMG ID'd Kusari train with a load of copper in Hamberg is pirating? I would call that upholding the embargo laws. At most, you could say I don't have the right to uphold that law in a Kruger Id'd and tag'd ship.
In any case, I'd like to see the evidence that transport put against me, and how it's pirating.
Still haven't seen or hear anything regarding this sanction. I stopped bothering about getting the evidence to my last sanction becasue I was quite sure of what I did wrong, but for this one I had no idea how you came to the conclusion I was pirating. So, I'd like to see the evidence against me please.
Ye we whant to see the evidence if you have them send them if you dont send that mean's you dont have them and entire this sanction was one big fraud.
No Evidence no crime.
It's time for admin's to start respectig ther own rules.
However embargo laws and piracy are defined differently only when a military or police vessel is engaging in one. Otherwise it's straight piracy. You wouldn't see Coca-Cola enforcing the embargo around Cuba now would you? In fact if they tried it, it'd be piracy. Plain as day. I'll Pm you the relevant screenshot.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.
Why does the reply to the kruger account post refer to me? I had nothing to do with this incident, nor did i ever reply into this topic in the first place, with my primary forum account, or any other.
