Bonjour Mesdames et Messieurs,

I got disturbing news from one of our Battleships. Said Battleship was on his way from Tau 37 to Tau 23 with no hostile intentions whatsoever.
Sadly it got intercepted by two of your vessels, callsign "Forsaken.Muramasa" and "Kumano". They said, that they are following orders from the Gallic Royal Navy and have to destroy said Battleship, which they then did. Luckily they managed to evacuate the ship so the human casualties were low.

This is an unacceptable behaviour towards the Council and is a direct hostile action against us. This shows us, that Kusari seems to be far more than just neutral to Gallia and the Gallic Royal Navy. We however give you the chance to explain yourself before we take any further actions.

Anton Simard, it is regrettable that these rogue units were involved in an incident outside of kusari naval forces standard operational zone. Kumano and Forsaken.Muramasa are not primary fleet vessels and as such are beyond our control.

We are, unfortunately, bound by certain terms stated by the Gallic Royal Navy, and we will take whatever action we deem necessary to protect our House. To that end you may wish to review this announcement which details our stance toward your group,
