Did the standings between Kishiro and IMG change because I attempted to offload my H-3 at a refinery station and Newcastle and was promptly fired upon by IMG. I'm not even red with them, neutral infact. Has all of this changed since I last played which was like a month ago?

Not sure about the relations, but were these IMG players, or npcs? If they were npcs, I do believe that happens when a npc that is green to the npc faction but red to you comes into your scanners (for example, if your an indy pirate who is red to outcasts but neutral to rogues, if an outcast comes into scanner range while your sitting outside buffalo, it and all rogue npcs will go red, although there still white on your rep sheet). I think that's how it works anyways.
Just log off and log back on and it will be white again.
