Quote:5.6 Fleeing from combat and then docking at a station or planet while you are in range of the ship you were fighting counts as PVP death.
5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours. Self-killing during a PvP fight is counted as a normal PvP death.
Consequences:
Guns and money on your ships. Good pilots don't re-engage else they get Admin toe where the sun don;t shine.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE

In lieu of this sanction, they also attacked a Zoner Battleship, which had not fired on them. :nyam:
Also, I had docked at Riverside and switched ships, with the SAME IFF and BH ID as the first
one, shall we role-play this? I had switched cars in battle of an on-coming attack, ask any
officer of the law, that any means necessary to bring the law to justice is allowed.
And... once the two ships were destroyed, I undocked from the station and was granted
permission to rejoin the battle, seeing there was an additional ship that had arrived, or
may have not bee noticed, and I received an OK. So does this also require a additional
requests, seeing that they willfully engaged me again each time upon respawn, It would
appear that this was a consented arrangement and this is a WAH BOOHOO. Since seeing
that nothing further was said after the OK to rejoin the battle.
So whoever done the complaining, you got your spotlight, even though you broke the rule
of common courtesy of not forewarning that you would do this.. Because there would of had
been no intention of reengaging if you had so "lost" the fun in the game, Enough said.
I would like the ship's guns returned and the rest be served as a penalty, perhaps not the
whole group said OK, is so this why the sanction, and oh so do not expect a WANK from this.
Common Respect is what Ought to go around, Even much so are the Rogues that willfully attack
a Bounty Hunter that openly, verbally, displayed no violence behavior toward them, they attacked
first.
The Sanction Report in the Cargo Bay, was served upon the Xeno's for continuous destruction of a
trader's ship, that reentered a system 4 times and was attacked, and destroyed each encounter, and
on the way to serve the report, I was paired in-system with a ship that was XENO destroyed without
a word. Oh do I have to do this, ever time and read hundreds of pages just to ideal this "role-playing"
:rtfm:Should not the Bounty Core be of the ones of whom Serve these, Uhm???
And the Forum be the one for those whom protest... The system is for the Lawful and those who do not confine,
be served Justice, much less to speak of those who think its more profitable to be a criminal than to be of that
good nature.
:nono:It ruins the game that could reach such more potential.
:mellow:Kadaz
PS. Honestly, I think that if one be a criminal in this game, no forewarning should be given to shoot down
whom they want, or does a break an enter, rings a doorbell? Yet for Police, ie Bounty Hunters must do so
to abide by the law.
And what is with the Oddness of no Recharge allowed after engine kill? A Sadly put forcement of a nosense
collaboration with space equipment... Drifting with a full charge and a speed rudder? or hit thrusters and lose
full speed? HUH?? Konk.. or shall we serve a Special with those that know the "inside" workings of Freelancer
and take a full advantage of those whom have even beaten the Single-player and left Helpless... YKWIM...
I don't think you understand. The sanction notification was for you to be notified we'd slapped you. You admit you re-engaged. The standard penalty for which is all guns and money and stuff. So no, you can't have your guns back. Oh and the Xenos you met earlier did say something. I know. I said it. So in short, to your entire rant: No.

I Believe that you have Misunderstood me, and to be Quite Clear on this discussion, you did not SLAP me.
I was Warned, I fully admit that when I docked, parking lot, I had keys of the Gunboat in my pocket and jumped in to RE-ENAGED, try to tell an Officer he broke the law in serving justices, oh My, I broke the, a window, I got the Bad-Guy who was willfully openly attacking a Zoner.
And speaking of the Xenos, This was not the transmission that was relayed to me, yet the GMG ship that
was at the Alberta Jumphole and XA-Rattler willfully fired on him without saying a word, So Please do not
Assume that you choose to understand that I had NOT understood you, Is that clear?
And yeah, we're done with this thread. the GMG ship was told it was going to be torched, because, again, I said it. So how about you just stop with your pathetic attempts to justify your own rule breaking as well as the attempts to make it appear that others have done the same, when they definitely haven't.
