Greetings gentlemen of Rheinland Federal Polizei and Rheinland Military.


I shall be as short as possible. Around 48hrs ago an IMG| strike wing launched from Freistadt to destroy a gang of the so-called Rorry Renegades who were terrorizing and pirating traders in the Omega-3 - Omega-7 Jump Gate one more time. However the Renegades retreated to the Freeport and after a short fight outside, they docked.

IMG| immediately contacted the FP1 Administration about the incident and requested under the Omega Treaty to enforce the 3.2 paragraph:

Section 3 - Rights and Duties of Minor Signatories

3.2 - The Administration of Freeport One is given the power to regulate docking rights to Freeport One. Vessels and pilots known to be a threat to local commercial shipping will be denied docking rights.

The Freeport One's Administration surprisingly wasn't aware of the group which is raiding innocent traders within Rheinland and in the Omegas for around a year now and asked from BPA evidence to make sure that RR is really a threat to commercial shipping. However it is well-known that BPA barely ever patrols the Omega-3 system so they didn't have any evidence to provide.


We don't know if the Zoners of Freeport One are purposefully trying to not restrict the docking rights for the Rorry's Renegades or they simply do not know what is going on almost a year in Omega-3 and 7, however due to BPA's reply we need reports from Rheinland Military or Rheinland Federal Polizei patrols which encountered the Renegades in the Omegas and were indeed a threat to the commercial shipping.


I am sure it is as important for you as it is for us to put an end to the rampant criminal activity in the Omegas by starting with the Rorry Renegades. It is in our hand to make use of the rights given to us by the Omega Treaty and make the region again a safe place.

it would be new to me, if there is a listed incident regarding the Renegades in the Omegas.
The administration of Freeport 1 already asked us for evidences of piracy inside the Omega-7 system.
I delegated this matter to one of my officers.

But because the Rheinland Bundespolizei was not directly involved in the signing of the treaty of <strike>Omega-3</strike> Snowdown,
I'd like to ask you, why an evidence of piracy in the Omegas is needed.
The piracy and terrorism of the Renegades within Rheinland affects Rheinland (as well as Bretonia) corporations, which export cargo from Rheinland to Bretonia.

That is an interesting point you raise, since the 3.2 paragraph doesn't specify that it can only be activated when it involves incidents in the Omega region. Nevertheless, it will be important to inform with evidence both FP1 Administration and especially Bretonia about the activities of that group in order to finally activate 3.2 and block |RR from using Freeport 1 as a safehouse.

you didn't answered, why it would be necessary the piracy has to be taking place within the omegas.

Nevertheless, I forward a readonly copy from a republic shipping captain to you.
The evidence shows also the involving of IMG| tagged ships, so I'm sure you already have something similar.
