It's come to my attention that there are issues regarding Kruger tagged miners, being approached by police and questioned about their activities with embargo runners. Is this correct?
The place of Kruger is a mining company, not a police force or a smuggling monitoring group. I understand you're aware of this, but without an updated Rheinalnd Criminal database to compare the most current list of embargo breakers, we have to treat every transport as a potential customer.
Kruger's status is Bankrupt. As soon as we pay off our debts we can officially address these issues directly. Until then, we inform all transports about the embargo restrictions but we cannot enforce anything. We can barely defend ourselves with increasing corsair attacks.
We will adhere to any restrictions pointed clearly out in the laws of Rheinalnd which I am aware of. All I ask is for the Police to be patience with us. We want to help alleviate the problem, not be a factor of the problem.
If you wish to clarify this matter in any way for us please let me know.

Sehr geehrter Herr Spire,
we have not spoken for a long time...
At first I'd like to say, I've no Kruger investigations on my desk, so if you refer to anything what happened in ze last days/weeks, I'd prefer if you can share some logs wiz me.
Secondly, your working for Kruger now is an unexpected, but welcome decision.
Associated wiz zat, you've to understand, the Rheinland Bundespolizei cannot longer give you access to it's databases. Kruger stations will be still informed by ze RCDBIS or a respective officer. Your access to the Rheinland criminal database is hereby officially revoked, but of course you're still allowed to inform us wiz problems you've seen.
Furthermore:
I'd like to clarify zat ze Rheinland Bundespolizei is aware, Kruger employees do not know all the embargo breakers wizin Rheinland.
There is no need to, because it's our and ze Rheinwehr´s job. But it's your responsibility to know your customers.
If a customer tells you, he is going to go to Liberty and you'll sell nevertheless commodities to him, we won't tolerate zat.
If a customer is part of a liberty organisation, and you'll sell commodities, which ze corporation not allowed carry, to him, zis is a direct violation of ze law of Rheinland and will be answered wiz sanctions, if needed.
The law of Rheinland applies to everyone, especially to a <strike>formerly</strike> trustworthy Rheinland corporation.
::Renate takes a break::
Well Herr Spire, you pointed at Krugers financial status and of course ze Bundespolizei won't watch how a Rheinland corporation is going to be bankrupt.
I recommend you establish a contract wiz some of Rheinland´s main exporters, e.g. Republican Express (RepEx|) - Frau Rachel Lize manages ze storage expansion of Freiburg, which is used to store ore, mined by Kruger ships in Omega-7.
May I ask in addition to my status, what of Mr. Marshal, Richards, Hudson, Owens, and Kent? I have been trying to get in contact with the military as our contract was with them but included them as well. Maybe you can help me out with this? Are they also to refrain from the RCDB?
Should they also refrain from supporting police or military units or mearly act as freelance defense for transports?
I've already open talks with RepEx, Daumann, and ALG. I have heard nothing yet from ALG. We'll get there.

Sehr geehrter Herr Spire,
according to my information, the contract of Herrn Marshal, Richards, Hudson, Owens, and Kent is not affected, by your phasing out. If I'm misinformed, please correct me.
It's self-explanatory, these Freelancers have still access, as long as their contract doesn't changed.
