Rather interesting information you've chosen to share with us, Captain. I am usually not at a lose for words, but I find myself unable to find the words to express myself.

You've placed yourself at great risk for the betterment of our community - we've long been aware that a certain member of the Omicroners placed a rather large bounty upon the head of Gabriel, aswell as upon the head of a member of the Temporary Autonomous Zoners. I would advise you to be very cautious in your movements.

I'm going to offer you the same thing I've offered dozens of Zoners already - if you aid us in the protection of 74, my company will maintain, refuel, repair, and supply the Mantarok free of charge.

I feel I must warn you though, OSI will protect Livadia. Any attempts to move the station or begin tearing it apart will end in the deaths of those making said attempts. Livadia belongs to the Zoner community - not to any single group. I do not look forward to a day when I have to order the death of another Zoner - but I will not allow any Zoner to be as selfish as to think that any of the resources in 74 are their sole property. The stations in 74 were constructed for the benefit of all Zoners; long before the ZTC, the Omicroners, or OSI existed. A fact that I think many of the Omicroners and Phoenix seem to have forgotten.

I'd like to speak with you privately. I won't claim we are saints void of all wrong doing, but I feel our decisions and actions were the right ones. I'd like to hear your thoughts and opinions.
