Administrators,
As may or may not have come to your direct attention when it happened, the remaining refugees of my people have come to reside on your Freeports after our convoy from a distant sector was beset by aliens, the ones I believe you call Nomads. It was only a sortie of your own people that saw us saved at all. It was well acted, and hard fought.
We, the last people of a home once called Latium Vetus are in your debt, and yet draw more deeply on your hospitality by living in your stations. Our leader, Khassym, has been working towards purchasing supplies from the OSI and generally setting our people towards a sort of sufficiency. We have skilled people, but this will come with time, five years of travel took its tole on our ships and supplies.
My own task as Legatus is the security and safety of our refugees. After the damage taken in the Nomad fight, my personal craft will soon be flight worthy again.
I would like to offer a contribution, to you the people who have assisted us so much already. If there is anything I or my pilots can do to contribute to Freeport security, we will assist. This can be for both routine patrol and emergency duties. If you have specific security doctrines forwarding these would also be most helpful so that I may brief my crews and ensure we act as you would yourselves towards potential threats.

Although, there isn't really much security to enforce, notably due to the elimination of the NFZ at Freeport 11.
It has really brought a great peace to the area. Just as I hope all patrons of Freeport 11 do, please gather evidence of any capital ship fire upon Freeport 11 and it will be dealt with.
Otherwise, there's not much going on around in Delta of late...
As Freeport 9 is part of Confederation of Freeports, our security is quite good.
However, if you would like to participate in CoF security, please contact me through sk4p3 channel so we could arrange some training with our security pilots and some small meeting - to see if you and/or your pilots will fit in both with combat style and peacekeeping attitude.

Like freeport 9 and corfu base we are also part of the Confederation of Freeports. Our peacekeeping operations are part of the confederation. I see mr Cogito has already contacted you about the possibilities and its best to discuss it with him
