Guten Tag, verehrte Damen und Herren of the Hessian movement
This is Jack Henderson speaking for the Independent Miners Guild. Informed circles in the Omegas have leaked the intel to the Guild that there is a construction effort of a base in the deeper Omegas. The intel has been confirmed and that's why I am contacting you right now.
You of course remember the Operation "Sparkling Red" and I think that the IMG and the Hessian movement can improve their cooperation even further. I am authorised to offer discreet help for your Operation "Ausbreitung".
Let me know how the Guild can support the Hessian efforts on this encrypted channel. I do not have to mention that the Guildmastery has to keep reasonable deniability, so I'd suggest you communicate with me. The intel will reach the logistics department necessary to make things happen discreetly.
Hochachtungsvoll
Jack Henderson

Message to: Jack Henderson, IMG Dublin Operations Coordinator
Comm ID: Oberleutnant Hans Gluckner, RHA A&A
Location: Diamant Station, Omega-11
Guten tag, Herr Henderson.
We have managed to establish a secondary facility in Omega-11 - Diamant Station, which we will use for the purpose of mostly storage. At the moment we are still in the process of building the necessary storage facilities, and are sorely in need of ship hull panels. Completion of the first storage module will allow Diamant Station to begin stocking uncut diamonds for pickup by IMG ships. Our forces have been able to steadily secure Omega-11 from the Military as of late, so there should be no trouble in that particular department.
I've already contacted the Diamant docking authority to give all ships with an IMG| transponder access to the base. If you can help us with the deliveries, it would be very much appreciated.
Socialism, by organising production without class oppression, by ensuring the well-being of all members of the state, gives full play to the “sympathies” of the population, thereby promoting and greatly accelerating the drawing together and fusion of the nations.
[color=#000000]Kameraden of the Independent Miners Guild, we appreciate your effort in supplying Diamant Space Station with necessary materials.
Right now our base is in the process of upgrading the core, and for that, we need quite a lot of materials.
You can speed the building process up, which will serve in your interests too.
The main goal right now is Robotics. You have recieved access to the channel with recent data on base requirments, and you should use it.
As for now, status is as follows:
Quote:Resources we need:
Optronics 50000 out of 50000 0 en route
Robotics 48800 out of 50000 0 en route
Super Alloy 50000 out of 50000 0 en route
Ship Hull Panels 49600 out of 50000 0 en route
Industrial Materials 99000 out of 100000 0 en route
Cryotubes 50000 out of 50000 0 en route
Polymers 25000 out of 25000 0 en route
Xenobiotic Filters 25000 out of 25000 0 en route
Basic Alloy 50000 out of 50000 ~7500 en route (on barge)

Alright, it has been done. About 50.000 units of Robotics have been delivered successfully to the base. I cannot name exact numbers as the convoys were split up by engagements and had to reroute several times, so that it is hard to reconstruct who arrived when with how much cargo.
Worrying was that the shippers reported increased Rheinland patrol activity. Freistadt sensors as well as intel from our Hessians counterparts makes me think that they were trying to blockade or at least put surveillance in the Omega 11 area. RMD at Aland, a Rheinland Gunboat at the O11 hole in O7. That would likely mean that they suspect something.
The breaking news of Dortmund smelters being locked down pretty much hints into the same direction. Rheinland wants to control the access of Fuel in the region, which comes at no surprise after the Gallic move to restrict Cryocubes.
The order that all Interspace Commerce ships are grounded also aims at what happens to civilian entities that are somehow linked to anti-Rheinland activities. It fits together like a puzzle. Hessian activity could be the trigger for some of these moves.
We will have to think carefully about these supply missions. Omega 11 seems safe in theory. It is not in reality. The entry via Omega 5 proved to be cluttered with Corsair activity - a big thank you for the Hessian Cruiser that rescued two transports - and with O11 under scrutiny, it has become more hazardous than I expected it to be. Omega 41 proved to be dangerous as well.
Be that as it may: You got what you needed. It was done at considerable risk. And I'd be grateful for any suggestions how the risks can be reduced.
