Hello Dear Rheinländer,

Im a independent DHC-Miner, (thinking of joining DHC)

I founded a Base in Munich system which called : Edling Mining Facility .
My intention for this base is to make sure that mining can be guaranteed at the field.

I have someone who helped me bringing comodities to that base named : PES|Brave_Bark

But i recognized that rheinland do not like to have seen him , So i will keep distance to him.

I just wanted to explain my current situation because some Rheinland vessels wanted me to do so otherwise they blockading and finnaly destroy my base.

I only want to raise the economie of rheinland and hope you are thinking about it again.

Dear Herr Beathoaven,

please be aware that you have to obtain permission for building base in Rheinland space before you construct it. Fulfilling proper questionnaire und paying specified by law taxes will prevent considering your base as structure violating sovereignity of Bundesrepublik, what could lead to sanctions up to destruction of the base included.
