How can mining as Kruger with RM escorts in Sigmas harm the server gameplay? And what stops the RP from evolving from an indie vs official faction again? Kruger miners doing their thing, GMG comes in and starts waving fingers and telling them to gtfo and start shooting, RM indies answer the call for help and a fight breaks out. There's nothing wrong with that. Besides there are Kruger miners in Sigmas for quite some time (sun)

I will do things that are perfectly allowed within the limit of ID, and faction roleplay. I mean, FR2 can't be used against that right?

Pilot carrying this ID is enlisted in the Rheinland Military who:

* 1. Can demand contraband, levy fines, and destroy ships if they refuse to comply with contraband demands, refuse to cooperate or are affiliated with a house at war with Rheinland.
* 2. Can escort traders belonging to Rheinland Corporations.
* 3. Can hunt pirates and terrorists within Rheinland and the Independent Systems bordering Rheinland.
* 4. Cannot participate in unlawful actions except as described above.
* 5. Cannot use any transports with more than 3,500.

Oh and also threatening with sanction threats is not yet allowed btw. Just so you know in a case you don't:rolleyes:

Orders from who? [RM]? Last time I checked, official factions cannot control indies. This event is because of indies, we can't and won't control their actions.

By that, we could impose 1.2 on Rheinland for hurting the lore then? Who knows, we decided to resolve this inRP anyway, screw sanctions.

EDIT: Guarding Kruger from harm should be their priority, diplomacy could be restored later, lives of the miners not.

No, Snak3. IC could export a whole lot of stuff from Rheinland, just not Liberty.
I encouraged Raoie to not accept the proporal Rheinland threw at us (IC| can still trade in Rheinland but indies not) because I believe that official factions must take care of the entire player base even if they don't speak english. Besides, we didn't have much to lose and we were informed that if IC proceeded into such actions there would be a nice event :ylove:

Sure you can be controled. If there are no admin intervenes, they can also be declared as traitors, if they act unprovocated.

Guarding Kruger from harm should be their priority, diplomacy could be restored later, lives of the miners not.

Then the GMG can blame Kruger, but not the RM.
