[font=narkisim] Good day to whoever receives this message. My name is Ashley Bradford, the Security Department Manager and Director of Kusari Relations for Atlas Trade and Construction. This message is sent in the hopes of repairing the relations between Atlas's department in the Colonial Republic and the Empire of Kusari.

Before I state any propositions, let me stress that the Colonial Republic has come under drastic changes. Atlas Trade and Construction is a private company that prides itself in free trade and independent rule instead of militaristic regime, like the previous government.

We are aware that in the past the Colonial Republic had hostile relations with Kusari, however we were not aware that no actions were being taken to mend these conflicts. With our new government, we hope to change this. Currently, we think we should start small, and simply write an armistice with trade rights.
