Ok. I have 2 questions now:
1- Does 90% power effect the shield recharge
2- Can i fly that ship with Freelancer ID and IFF?

The power regen nerf won't affect the shield recharge time.

And you can fly the ship on a Freelancer ID with no nerfs.

You really won't notice any difference with 90%.
I'm also flying a Marauder in LR, which has the same nerv.
