The power regen nerf won't affect the shield recharge time.

And you can fly the ship on a Freelancer ID with no nerfs.

You really won't notice any difference with 90%.
I'm also flying a Marauder in LR, which has the same nerv.

I wouldn't recommend this if you are planning to fly it in O49
