=2te= have been sanctioned for multiple instances of:

1.2 Server administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.

3.1 Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private is prohibited under any circumstances. Any kind of flaming, threatening or insulting language directed at other members, factions or server administrators in chat, public or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.

5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours. Self-killing during a PvP fight is counted as a normal PvP death.

Consequences:

Yeah, you're all in Bastille. You clearly haven't learned form your CCCP days. Same fate. Those ships will come out when Freddie Mercury rises from the dead.

Good day. Well, first of all, I'd like to start with getting screens that are related to this sanction, to help me to understand what was the case in this time, so we could take steps to resolve the situation.


P.S. I regret that I failed to fulfill my mission within this group of players and prevent this from happening, but I hope a peaceful solution can be found.

Yes, Del, I myself know them perfectly, I haven't been sanctioned even once since December 24th, 2010, when I joined this server. I've been trying my best to prevent them from ending up in Bastille, I failed.

There're members that find it very hard to play on the server (edit:) in accordance to ongoing RP and rules), most often due to poor english knowledge. We try to guide them and keep them with us, not letting them go all-out on solo chars.
There're members that were blatantly breaking the rules, and I myself asked RR to sanction that certain member to beat some sense into him.

But with the current move, you have also sanctioned people that were playing perfectly according to rules, at least half of the faction. edit: More than that, in my humble opinion.

With this in mind, I'm sincerely asking to provide me with information from those sanctions, that were coming our way, so I will see what went wrong this time and, once again, try to fix things from the inside ;- and also apply the punishments individually.

I'm very grateful for your decision. Please, excuse me when I sounded rude or disrespectful before.*bows*

The tag, most likely (95% probability) will be removed. Especially since few guys already deleted their ships, remembering the fate of their former faction. That group may act together in-game as indie players, but, most likely, will not represent a separate faction. For the good of everyone.


As for the second part, as long as punishments for any possible offense will be applied individually to the offending players, me, and other players that were in the group, have absolutely no objections.

Regarding me, I'm drastically reducing the time I'm spending in-game due to RL issues. But I have few possible measures in mind, to help few members in understanding and remembering the rules.

Once more, I'm grateful for your decision. That was a very good lesson most of them (and me) will remember, and unbastilling their ships will persuade them that it's only about rule breaking, and nothing else.

Thank you, but unfortunately the three major players have already left the faction(and the game) after the evidence did not wait. Personally, I and a few other players have erased their ships. (I had an urgent need, because I use only one account)

In any case thank you, that everything fell into place. Frankly I'm on 98% did not believe that these ships will be issued once.

I'm used to prejudiced attitude against me or those people who are near me.

I am sincerely glad that everything fell into place.
