I used to get a 5k transport filled for arround 5 minutes but for the last 2 days I get it for like 25-30 minutes. Is this a new nerf or bug of a sort? I am mining in an Arrastra.
Most likely other people have also been mining that field heavily, and the field capacity is starting to degrade. When that happens, yields go down as well. Tends to happen a lot in Dublin - best thing you can do is move to another field.

Fields regenerate at 10 units per second, with a top capacity of 50000. Mining drains the capacity. Field yield is the maximum multiplied by the percentage of remaining capacity. People usually start noticing the slowdown once a field is below 40% capacity, and are encouraged to move to another field.
This was done to prevent issues we had back in 4.85, where 90% of the server was mining Dublin nonstop, and all other fields were... forever alone. Since then the Taus and Omegas have gotten their fair share of activity as well.
