Pirates have to think twice and scan his target before trying to tax cloak'equipped vessel. Definitely it's useless waste of time for lolpirate trying to destroy a cloaker.

Here is alot of deffrent ships without even CM slot (Titanic, Stork, Shetland, etc...), it can't runn from you.
so stop whining.. You'll get your "trader'for'piracy" in any case...
