Lost ship/account

Hi, i re-installed my windows mindlessly a few months back and i forgot to back up my account id.
Now that im starting to play again, i wonder if i could get my ship back or the entire account.
My main ship is called "Sharingha" and its an outcast destroyer. There were other ships on that account, a luxury liner, mining ship called hegamon and a cargo ship (small one), and 5th ship was either a bomber or some random fighter.
