With the latest technology that allows us to deploy bases wherever we want to in space obviously we Temporary Autonomous Zoners couldn't stay behind. But as you might know improving such a base takes alot of time and materials.
We get alot of those materials from Kusari because of the superior quality. Now, we -have- the possibility to haul a huge amount of these materials at once, but to do so we'll need your permission, I am talking about the possibility to jump a carrier into Kusari with a barge in it's wake. I assure you that every jump will be done following the correct procedure and we won't jump into areas where we have a chance to land "on top" of unsuspecting pilots. Next we will simply park the barge near a base and a smaller transport will ferry the materials from the base to our barge. During this process the carrier will stay out of sight.
I believe Kusari also benefits from this, exporting that much goods at the same time. Anyway, i'm looking forward to hear from you.
I'm contacting you to tell, that we recieved your request and right now have discussion about possible jump-in zones inside kusari space,
as well we have briefing with Police and Naval forces in terms of needed security in such zones.
Unfortunately I believe it will take several days to regulate such questions, so you will have to show some patience.
Right now we can tell only one thing, if we will allow you to jump into kusari,
we would like TAZ to use capital craft that already have acces to Kusari core space,
and keep only "defence" class guns on that craft, or better no guns at all.

[color=#FFFFFF]Merci mademoiselle, I am looking forward to the final decision. However I am not aware which capital ships already have access to Kusari space. However we plan to use the same carrier for this job every time, so if we would equip that one with defensive weaponry, would that also be sufficient to get access?
Currently only two [TAZ] capital class vessels are licensed to operate within Kusari space: [TAZ]Chao's.Eyes & [TAZ]Golden.Apple.Corps.
And so presently any group jumps would need to be led by either of those listed.
Once the government have reached a decision you will be notified.
