You must say more than this to ask a ship to stop however you may destroy them if they attempt escape.
Consequences:
You issued a demand the first time, got killed. Issued a second demand (I'm assuming it was a different player) but got killed again. The next day you found one of the guys that got you, and you simply said, "Payback time." Not a lot of role play there, and you forgot to issue a demand. Traders need to hear demands before you kill them. Please give attention to the above rules. Guns and credits gone. Sanction note in hold.
