Greetings.
This is admiral Timothy Hawk of the Liberty Secondary Fleet Core (SFC) speaking. Without unnecessary words I will get to the point. I am requesting permission for our convoy to fly through bretonian space. The convoy would consist of liberty armored transports and escort ships , fighter and bombers. Also for a greater than 3 ship convoy hauling important materials, we would like to take a gunboat with us, only for the purpose of escorting. We’re willing to trade goods between our two Houses in order to supply our base with necessary materials, for example super alloy and MOX. Also we’ll supply Planet Leeds with light arms and military vehicles needed in the war against the Gallic Royal Navy.

I must say that I have no information about so called Liberty Secondary Fleet Core (SFC) and as much as I feel Bretonia and Liberty are allies and we consider Libertonians as friends I need some info about you before I can say more...apart of this... I can't see anything wrong with you comming to Bretonia unless you follow the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law and accodring to it:

I asume you serve as a part of Liberty Navy fleet and You are using the Navy ID papers so If you do - you don't need permission to make convoys within our borders. Ships like fighters , bombers and gunboats are permitted to enter Bretonia as escorts too.
