But since i didn't had coordinates of it i flee into Grande Negra and noticed unknown base there. Position of this base is clear on this screen. To whom it may concern?

This is very interesting. As I understand it, our government just received a transmission from this base. Someone probably looked out of the window and panicked, but now it's out of my hands. Good for them.
