Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you because today, I made a very shocking observation in front of planet Leeds. I was on my way back from Scarborough, when I witnessed a conversation between a gallic junker and a BPA sergeant. The damn frog was carrying a cargo full of gold ore, which undoubtedly came from Dublin, and he was trying to bring it past Glasgow into the Taus!

I was all the more shocked when I noticed the sergeant let him get away with nothing but a fine, and watched as the gaul moved on towards the Taus! [color=#FF9933]A bloody frog! When I stopped the captain of the transport at Stokes, he refused to drop what should rightfully belong to us Bretonians, and thanks to the sloppy sod on Scarborough who made the decision not to equip Bretonian transports with a disruptor, the frog even got away with it!

I find it unsettling to think our police watch a frog shipping Bretonia's ore without lifting a finger, over our tradelane network past Glasgow as if it all belonged to him! Of course, I went back to confront the sergeant and ask for the reason for his behaviour towards the gaul, and he explained to me that, while he does agree with me, the law kept him from acting any differently!

Outraged and slightly confused over what I had seen and heard, I returned to King's Cross station and decided to check the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law to see if the sergeant's claims were indeed right! But what I found was all too much as I had expected.

Due to the state of war between the Kingdom of Gallia and the Kingdom of Bretonia, all transit rights have been stripped and access prohibited. Consequently, it seems to me as though your officers need a bit of additional education on the topic of Bretonian law and what's supposed to be shot and what isn't! I will demand from Scarboroughs mechanics that they install a disruptor on my ship, and the next time I see a bloody frog get that far with our resources, so help me god, I will consider teaching him my own piece of Bretonian justice!

I took liberty of checking that one myself and it seems that Sergeant Wallace by that time has not been informed about the recent update of the law codex. The issue has been solved and this won't happen again. Don't worry we are doing our best to secure our resources.
