Konnichiwa ladies. I do not suppose any of you recognize me? I helped you all out a fair amount quite a while ago; a year has it been since I was actively assisting the Sisterhood? My, how time flies!
I would like to inquire about a few things. Namely, what are the Sisterhood's current goals, now that there is a relatively new emperor on the throne? Who is leading the Sisterhood right now, who are your current friends, foes, and so forth? I dare say that I have a great deal of catching up to do with you ladies, having been absent for so long. Other things have garnered my fullest attention, and as such, I actually had to cease flying for a while.
Oh, if you are reading this Miss Sei, how goes it? Hope you have not been lonely out in space without me? How is Yoko Mori doing, do you know? What about Miss Zetsumai? She still stirring up inner conflict with that civil war of hers, or has that whole thing blown over? Wait, it has been a year, it should have by now! Nevermind then. How about Miss Rika? She still in charge? I think I already asked that question. Sort of. Anyway!
A message from any one of you, especially those of you who recognize me, would be wonderful!

Has my message gotten through to you ladies yet? Or are all the nebulae interfering with this transmission? Perhaps I might power up the signal strength! Let me see, wire here, reroute into there, extra capacitor there. . .

The Sisterhood is going through much internal strife in recent times, so your message was likely lost in the system.
I am not personally aware of the whereabouts of the sisters you mention... They are either very quiet, or very missing. Either is of little importance to me.
As for the Chrysanthemum itself... I cannot answer for it's entirety. The Sisters have yet to fully recognize a new leader, and so our mission is clouded. What is for certain, however, is that despite Kishiro's promises to us, this new government has yet to change things for the better. For most of us, this is a betrayal of grave proportions, and many of us believe that retribution must be taken against the serpent keiretsu for their broken promises.
One thing is for certain; until a new leader is crowned, the Sisterhood will not be a cohesive force, and that is the only way we can ever hope to snatch victory from the clutches of tyranny.
New leader..? So then Rika Ito is no longer head of the Sisterhood.. Strange.. Wonder what happened to her.
A while back I was granted a Blossom and Orchid by the previous head of the Sisterhood, Rika Ito. I assume I may still use these whilst out and about Sirius? I do of course take Chrysanthemum diplomacy into consideration whilst flying them. iie shooting your allies of course! Or even those you deem neutral. Lots of Corsairs and independent pirates though. Definitely those!
Moving on. What of these "broken promises" by the Kiretsu? Also, what of Kishiro Technologies? It has only been a few months time since the new emperor was crowned, therefore I would surmise it would take more than a while for society to fully accept the Chrysanthemum's plight. Best thing would be to spread the word about the cause!

I knew your name was familiar.
Let me first apologise for not replying to you here some time ago, the Sisterhood was in strife, as you can probably now imagine.
Let me also thank you for taking the time to view my message to Kusari, it was addressed to the women of our beautiful house, but you are an... interesting exception.
Allow me to respond to your initial questions from the months past, first.
The Kinkiku Tanritsu accepts that these ships were granted to you as gifts by the Chrysanthemum, and we would not think of taking them back. While our sisters were perhaps slightly misguided in the past, they did fine work and would only grant you these ships if you yourself had done the same in the name of the Sisterhood. Whatever the decisions my predecessors made regarding those two individuals you mentioned in your latest message, I can assure you that the Kinkiku Tanritsu will not give out our hardware to strangers. It is certainly of no benefit to us to have fighters and weapons we could be using to fight our enemies to be playing around elsewhere.
You ask what is wrong with the new Kusari Republic? I respectfully invite you to view my public transmission again, for I mentioned the fundamental issues with this new bunch of fools there.
As for 'proof' that the women of Kusari are not exactly where they were two, five, ten, even a hundred years ago? Is Samura gone? Is Kishiro gone? Do the Hogosha now clean toilets to pay their rent? Have the Farmers Alliance finally been destroyed as they could have been for so long, had the government wished it? You say you haven't being kept up to date with the news, Ruousha-san, so I will tell you.
No.
They still exist. The balance of power has shifted ever so slightly, but these vermin that make up the higher classes of Kusari are still at large, and still commit their acts of lechery and corruption. Indeed, the advent of the Kusari Republic only invites more corruption!
The Kinkiku Tanritsu wishes to cleanse our beautiful Kusari of this corruption. We will do this by force, if that is unnecessary.
The only variable here is you, Ruousha-san. Our goal remains the same, and while our methods may differ slightly from the Chrysanthemum in the past, I do not feel it is different enough to cause your loyalty to the Sisterhood to waver.
We dreamfor a better Kusari, Ruousha-san, and you could help us achieve that dream.

A fair bit interesting that you have chosen to respond to my message in the open channels on this frequency. Nevertheless, I appreciate the swift response. You need not worry about having chosen to disregard this channel for such an extended time. We all have lives that garner our full attention from time to time, which of course leaves everything else to fall to the wayside.
Now then, as far as striving to achieve your goals goes, I will say at the very least that the previous emperor out of the picture is a positive thing; a step in the right direction, as it were. Whether or not I can say the current emperor serves his role well yet remains to be seen, as I shall have to do some research on the matter. What I do know however is that Kusari is refusing to stand up to Gallic forces. This of course leads me to ask why this is. Does this benefit us? Certainly, since the Gallics claim that Bretonia and Liberty are at fault for.. certain things, I forget what. That news broadcast concerning the Gallic's self-imposed exile seems ages old now. But I digress. Fact is, Kusari is not in danger of being invaded by Gallic forces, at least in the foreseeable future. Still, it is hard to believe that our nation is simply standing by and allowing our neighboring nations to suffer.
Then again, there are those splinter-Kusarian forces that have banded with the Bretonians in order to fend off the invaders. Amiable, I would think.
As a side note, it is good to know you at least say that strangers running amok with Orchids is a foul conceived idea. Others, if they were still alive would not be able to claim the same.
I would not mind speaking to you in-person; even floating about in space within our vessels would suffice. Firstly however, I do hope you respect my desire to look into the matter of Kusari's current state of things. Two sides to every story, you know?
Keep in touch.

If I was to respond to everyone via a public channel, it would be unseemly. Your message reminded me of this transmission, so I decided to use it again.
I of course understand your wariness and your desire to investigate the current House of Kusari, after the fall of the Empire and the rise of the State Republic... I trust that you will come to the same conclusion as I have, if you have pledged your allegiance to the Chrysanthemum in the past.
These 'splinter-Kusari' forces you mention are none other than the Dog Kogen's personal guard, and had the Bretonian government not officially enlisted their aid against the Gallic invasion, we would have flown to cleanse Sirius of the Empire's treachery once and for all. Unfortunately, it is a touchy matter diplomatically, and we have no desire to raise the ire of the Bretonian Crown. But they are just as bad as the government... Worse even, despite their desperate state... Do not think otherwise.
I have no qualms about meeting you in person, assuming the time allows it, give me a time that suits you and I will attempt to fit it into my busy schedule. Investigate Kusari, Ruousha-san, but do not dawdle in this investigation. The Kinkiku Tanritsu will make it's move soon, and it would be better for us both if you had made your mind up before then.
