IFF vs Rep

Ok so I have a pirate character that has the Lane Hacker IFF but the LH guard is still hostile to me any idea how to make the guard at least neutral if not allied?

...there might be a chance that the pirate ID is rephacked to perma red the LH Guard however. If someone would link to a list of what is and isn't rephacked, that'd be great

Put missiles on an do low level missions while server is low on players. Fire and forget. Enjoy.
