Bailey, you BPA Pilots really sound a little more hostile than necessary with these ultimatums.

Currently, Liberty Law, Section 2 has Magellan as a Zone 4 area holding a fee of 30 million credits per month.
As the base increases in size, this fee also increases towards 45 million for the largest of stations in this zone.

I'll see what I can do to notify some of the more appropriate people to handle this.
Including the little conflict between BPA and Liberty Base registration within Magellan.

All of that said, I've flown out to the base, docked on it, and everything seems legit.
I don't agree with its apparent close proximity to a Hacker base, judging by the ships I ran into.
However, that alone doesn't mean the station is conducting any illegal operations.

I see no reason declaring the station in Magellan illegal so quickly.
Remember, Magellan is mostly Independent Space.
It is likely the owner didn't realize he was building in house territory.

How about the owner shooting at HMS ships? Yes I do have the evidance of that. HMS Warhammer reported in early stages of the base development where there was even one siege organised by joint HMS and LNS forces, that he was atacked by a Zoner Carrier class ship piloted by who called himself the administrator and owner of the base. I asume that makes the base more or less unlawful especialy by the looks of Hackers simply ignoring it's presence there. Bretonia law states as follows:

Zone 4: Cortez, Magellan - pending discussion with the Republic of Liberty.
For existing bases which are not currently registered and thus deemed illegal, the registration fees for the various zones are doubled. Permission must always be sought prior to construction being initiated.

5.4 - Base Operational Regulations

The following regulations are expected to be consistently and permanently observed by all station owners, in regards to their installations. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the structure’s siege and destruction. Regulations are as follows:

No Hostile entities (see: 1.5 - Definition of Entities) may be permitted to land on the station. Authorities may request evidence of docking permission logs at any time to confirm this.
No station may leave their docking rights unrestricted - “defencemode 2” - due to potential abuse by unlawful parties, until such a time as modular software is developed to allow the 'blacklisting' of troublesome individuals and organisations.

The owner must not belong to an entity considered Hostile or Unfriendly to the Kingdom of Bretonia (see: 1.4, 1.5 - Definition of Entities).
The location and name of the base must be explicitly detailed (can be broadcast privately for the sake of confidentiality).
The base’s intended purpose and duties must be explained.
Entities to be permitted docking rights must be listed.
A 50,000,000 credit deposit must be filed with the QCG|HMS-Victory (subtracted from zoning costs)

I understand that Liberty base license would cost the Owner 45 000 000c

We can agree to aprove this instalation if the owners pays the fine of following:
Base license zonning costs : 50 000 000c

Total of 104 000 000c. I will forward this to War Cabinet in Bretonia Goverment to be discussed. AS for now the value of the fine stays. Fine goes to BPA)Anvil
