This messages reaches you in hopes to establish what will be known as the 'Tau War Articles,' a set of articles that I, Maréchal Julie Bonheur, wish to construct during the duration of this war, a guideline for future engagements between all parties whom are at war with the Royal Kingdom of Gallia.

Gallia started the invasion on Bretonia with an attempt to wipe out our House - and I hope you will understand that wont happen until every single bretonian patriot, being civilian or military officer, is dead.

Still I cant hide my curiosity when I was reading your message. The Tri-Nationale War Convention you say...are you attempting to sign your surrender there? Or perhaps you wish to stop the war and turn on the fake mask you revealed to Kusari? I am really wondering about your future actions and if there is something interesting that may be proposed I want to hear it.
