This messages reaches you in hopes to establish what will be known as the 'Tau War Articles,' a set of articles that I, Maréchal Julie Bonheur, wish to construct during the duration of this war, a guideline for future engagements between all parties whom are at war with the Royal Kingdom of Gallia.

I request that hostilities be stopped between all warring parties for the duration of this venue to ensure the safe arrival and departure of all delegates involved. Hostilities will commence between warring parties upon the safe return of departing delegates the following day.

I would also request that delegates bring their own security detail of no more than two of their finest soldiers, who are to provide a joint-security detail with other security members.

Dear Maréchal Julie Bonheur,

my name is Stephen Schwerdtfeger and I am contacting you in my position as a Guildmaster of the Independent Miners Guild. Firstly, I would like to thank you for starting the intiative for the Tri-Nationale War Convention and for inviting the IMG to it. We will attend the meeting, and I will try to be there personally with my advisor.

Secondly, there was the question about a neutral meeting location. I would suggest Java Station, Tau 23. The IMG's neutral stance in the conflict makes it a good host for the summit, in my opinion. There has been no list of parties that you invited attached to the message, but Java docking systems only need some little tweaking to allow docking for most possible participants. As the systems are currently under scrutiny, it would be a good field test whether the new systems work properly.

Phew... what a hard surname to pronounce. I had to practice at it prior to sending this transmission.

Anyways, I am pleased to hear that the IMG will be attending the venue, and have proposed to use Java Station as the place to hold the convention. Out of the seven delegations I have invited to the Convention, one has declined, while the other sent demands of surrender... non-the-less, I am still waiting to hear from the Breton leaders in regards to Bretonia showing up, as well as the Kusarian Emperor-In-Exile. Once I have knowledge of what path these two parties wish to take, I shall contact them with the purpose terms established by the IMG to use Java Station as the location.

Seeing as you're the first to ask who the other parties are, I shall go ahead and attach a file.
