It's with dismay that I have to report an AWOL Captain right outside of your doorstep. However sometimes things happen.

This particular Captain let his emotions get the better of him, I suspect he is racist. He Opened fire on my liner peacefully sitting outside of Mahatten. Claiming I was disrupting the peace! It was evident to myself and those around that the only peace being disrupted was when he tried to destroy my vessel for crimes he fabricated.

He Endangered the lives of 46 Crew members including myself. I will not stand for it. Not to mention attempting to destroy Samuran Corporate property.

I'd like to say my times in Liberty of late have been peaceful and profitable. However there are some captains not deserved of Command.
