Actually, Jack is right. Also I doubt, that if they didn't read the forum rules up to the point they have a Battleship to troll in conn, they won't do it in the future either.

In my personal opinion, everytime someone lol-engages in Conn, their ocular nerves should immediately be bombarded by wave after wave of brightly coloured spasming warning pop-ups on their screen whilst their ears are viscerally assaulted by screamed obcenities directed at their parentage, personal hygiene, intellect, and future prospects in the linear excavation business.
But alas, these are gentler days than those of yore.

There are lots of players, who will say about that rule to hot guy, who decided to shoot not waiting for response.
I saw such situation few time. Still works.
But conn is for training....where is the point to kill enemy from who not going to fight and just waiting for someone other?
