Well Carrie's off playin' her fiddle fer concert tonight so I'll get ta responding to this.


Seems that there's a long and messy history behind the answer ta this. Short and sweet version is unaffiliated pirates like ta mess around in Dublin and poach them that be minin' our gold. Granted, we poach them ourselves, but we take the gold and use that to fund the cause for a free Dublin. Unaffiliated pirates leave us with nothing. There's even been some so bold as ta go a'shootin' at Molly ships and then landin' on Arranmore.

Thus we fixed our base controls to not permit docking to just anyone. Now, ye can do yer pie ratt'n in Tau 31, Omega 49, Cortez and Magellan. Those areas we consider somewhat open territory, or more to the point, we're not so picky about it.

Other options would be ta join the cause and get yerself Molly identification papers or possibly join the full [M] where ye can get some trainin' and support.


Tis yer choice o'course as ta what ye wish ta do. Nothin' personal ye understand, them that came a'fore ye kinda did the deeds that the whole lot have ta deal with.
