Luckenbach Station was constructed in early 818 a.s. after the introduction of space station modules to the open market.
Its main purpose is to serve as scrap mining facility and as shelter to the Junkers removing the leftovers of the Texas Incident.
Also, it serves as home to Junkers, treasure-hunters, explorers, researchers trying to make a living.
Location:
The station is located inside the south part of the Grande Negra in the Texas system, bordering both, a scrap metal and a premium scrap mining field.
Due to the nature of the field, the exact determination of its position is tough.
The area is highly hazardous, delivering decreased sensor efficiency, navigational hazards, radiation and frequent ion storms.
It's highly recommended to transmit important messages via Houston Hub to minimize interferences.
Economy:
Luckenbach is importing a wide array of essential base materials. Also different variants of scrap metal can be bought and sold at the commodity dealer.
Export goods might not be available at all times.
The stated number is the price for each cargounit of the listed material.
Being located in a highly hazardous area, Luckenbach stations engineers have specialized in repairing collision damages and outfitting ships cargo bays to serve as hangars for smaller crafts. As such, the equipment dealer on Luckenbach station is selling docking modules for 120 million s.c. each.
Docking Rights:
Luckenbach Station is open for any Junkers, just send a request with your ships name and proof of your ID and IFF. Otherwise affiliated individuals are welcome as well, as long they aren’t currently searched for criminal actions in Liberty. Procedure of requesting docking rights is the same; however you will have to state your intentions during your stay as well.
Also, Luckenbach Station is already open to most law-enforcing organizations and known Junker groups.
While Luckenbach in general falls under Libertonian judgment, the station also has defined specific laws regulating interactions on it. We do not care about what you do onboard of your ship in our hangars, however you will have to submit to the stations laws as soon as you leave your ship.
Weaponry
Weapons in general are forbidden to be carried with you on the station and have to be left onboard of your vessel. However there are several exceptions that may be armed, such as the base administration, shopkeepers and security officers.
Drugs
Luckenbach station doesn’t have any additional regulations concerning drug usage.
Anthropomorphs, Xenomorphs, Cyborgs and A.I.
While the above mentioned generally are welcome, the base administration highly advices those not to enter the bar. People are superstitious around here.
Criminals
Harboring individuals that are currently being searched for crimes in Liberty could endanger our stance in the Republic. As such, docking is denied to the members of mentioned group.
Nevertheless we do welcome political refugees from other Houses.
Property with unknown owner
Luckenbach station claims property of all goods, vessels and material of which no owner can be found, that are left on the station during your departure, or belonged to persons deceased on the station.
