It fills me with great joy to receive a communique to my terminal from the Junker's Congress, just while I was discussing with my good friend and right hand about sending one ourselves!

As for the Orchid, I'm afraid it's not as simple of a matter as I'm sure we'd both hope. With the Kinkiku Tanritsu taking power within the Sisterhood, now is a time for rebuilding of the inner workings, and taking stock on our numbers and assets. Our ship-production facilities have always been minimal, and through the decline of the Sisterhood these past months, they have ground almost to a halt. We are making it a priority to get them back up to speed, but it will take some time.

We do have a few ships currently too damaged to enter combat, awaiting repairs, which are the only ships we could even hope to make available to you. Something tells me their damage would not be an issue for men of your talents.

However, and it pains me greatly to say this, but I have recently been made aware by one of the Sisterhood's oldest friends that previous ships we have granted outsiders were used it matters most dishnourable. While I can't go into details due to barely having them myself, it puts at us in a bit of a bind.

Were it a member of the Congress, I would happily gift you an Orchid, but as it is an independant Junker, more measures need to be taken to ensure it is not misused. I hope you don't take this as me being distrustful of your word, Finnegan-san, but I must be wary of those who have not proven themselves to us.

As such, I am willing to consider relinquishing an Orchid to this fellow, but he must prove himself capable and sympathetic to our cause. Invite him to make contact with me, and I will give further details then. Of course, you are more than welcome to sit in on the conversation, should you desire, Finnegan-san.


I hope to speak with you again soon, and please tell your fellow Congressmen to expect a more official message from my second-in-command soon, about our futures together, as Junker and Chrysanthemum.
