Konnichiwa Admirals,

I am coming to you because I wish to push for a change to Kusari law, but such a thing is not easily done, and when pushing for something it is best to have allies. Interspace Commerce would like to see cloaking devices legalized for trusted civilian entities within the Republic of Kusari. Before we can ask for something such as this, we need to prove to the people and their representatives that these devices are safe for use.

Because these devices have such a potential to disrupt the shipping market, Interspace has been experimenting with them at our Okinawa facility. So that you may see that these transport-grade devices are safe, we would like to offer you a sample device, free of charge. If you are not satisfied then you may keep or return the device and this matter can die. If you do gain an appreciation for it all we would ask is that you affirm them as safe if we decide to make an official request to the Republic.
