Im Here to request the Permissions to jump our barges into Bretonian Sovereign Space using a Bretonian Battleship whos Capitan, James Bradford, offered to Jump Interspace Commerce's barges in his Battleship the 'HMS-Wesker'. With your consent we would like to Jump our Barges using this vessel into your sovereign space with the purpose of supplying your shipyards with Helium 3.

Mr Jason Kronos, your request has been passed along to my desk due to the active investigation into Interspace Commerce. Your request for using a Bretonian jump capable ship is interesting since it seems you have had no trouble in finding other means of transport.

11 days ago in the system of Dublin I took this image:
'Aquilon' Zoner Carrier
It is of a IC| convoy working with a illegal captial ship within Bretonian space, further images of you 'leaving' with the ship also were taken.

This act is against Bretonian law 4.6
“4.6 - Foreign Warships
Foreign warships are banned from Bretonian borders, without prior permission of the Bretonian Government or Armed Forces Admiralty Board.”
No permission was granted by either area of government.
However Interspace should know this very well since this is third time in which you have decided to breach this law. The last time, bringing a similar Zoner capital ship into New London itself, I warned Interspace that should you break the law for a third time the consequences would be far more severe.
Perhaps you would care to provide an explanation for Interspace's actions for my report and come up with some convincing reason as to why I shouldn't recommend that Interspace be severely fined and revolk any licenses you process for criminal behaviour.

Look Officer, this matter is a distressing one for sure, as far as Interspace was Informed this pilot had Jumping rights into Bretonia space. I assure you we wish to have No Issues with you and what ever reparations you wish for us to pay we are willing to pay.

Also if it is possible, could you give a list of Certified Jumpers into Bretonia for us to contact we would be only to happy to use these ships for jumping.

I Hope we can work out negotiations and resolve this with out to many drastic decisions for the sake of both our peoples.
